Changing Styles on embedded excel worksheet

Hi: I embed excel spreadsheet a lot into word. Does anyone know how to
change the excel styles in word when working with the embedded excel sheet?

Activate the embedded sheet by double-clicking it. Excel 'takes over' the
menus, and the style list box will show the available Excel styles.
