Changing subject and address field fonts

I know how to change message body fonts; I want to change the To:, cc: Fron:
and Subject: field fonts. Where can I do this?

Those fields are Plain Text only since the SMTP protocol does not allow
formatting in these fields. Your recipient will have to use Automatic
Formatting.
