Changing Subject line - where is the update?

Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)
Processor: Power PC
Email Client: pop

Have just installed Entourage 2008. The most frustrating issue is that the button to revise Subject has disappeared. We work online and change the Subject line on all email orders received to include the customers names before filing.

Have now installed the JavaScript edit_subject but it is more tedious. I see complaints on this forum dated back to over a year ago. Have sent Feedback to MS.

Removal of edit subject was unintentional. According to developers- when we
changed the appearance of mail headers, the dev removed this feature. Adding
it back in after the change ended up being very risky and we decided to
focus elsewhere. Download Edit Subject script and place it in your Entourage
script menu items folder inside the Microsoft User Data folder to change
subject.
