changing text size with drawing scale

I know there's a checkbox somewhere (but I can't find it) that enables my
font size to change with changes in drawing scale. I have several different
font sizes and I want to change the drawing scale without having to re-size
each text box in my drawing.

There is no such checkbox to my knowledge. You would need to put a formula
in the Char.Size cell of every shape that calculates the size based on the
page drawing scale.
