changing the bitmap on a command button

I want to change the picture on a command button when a user clicks on
it. Where are the bitmaps that Access uses (i.e. binoculars, pencil,
etc.) stored? When you set the picture path it just says "(bitmap)".
If I knew where these are stored, I could change the picture by
assigning the path to the picture type property on the click event.
