Changing the cell "pointer" color

I am trying to change the cell "pointer" color so that it will be more
visable when I'm in an activated cell. I've changed it before, but
have since had a software update and now I can't find it. Anyone know
where I can do this? Thanks!

System Preferences/General/Highlight Color.
