Changing the color in a template

Maria

I used a cookbook template to create a cookbook for someone else. She has
now decided that she wants everything printed in black and white instead of
color. My question is how do I change my document so it has no color? I did
print some pages out in black and white, but it looked horrible and it was
obvious that it was in color.

Thank you

It is a word document. I just converted a copy to the new word 2007 and am
trying to mess around with it to see if I figure something out. I tried the
previous advice changing the grayscale, except that the actual page changes
color and the actual template part of the page where I have written the
recipes does not change color.

Thank you.

It is a word file. I converted a copy to the new word 2007, and I have
another copy with word 2003. I have tried to change the grayscale, but it
only applies the grayscale to the outer edge of the page, not the actual part
where the recipes are written. Thank you.

Do you have graphics or other colored objects in the document?

If not, I'd simply do a CTRL+A (select all), and then on the Home tab in
Word 2007, select "automatic" as the font color or select plain old black.
