Changing the colour of the page numbers in ToC

Is it possible to change the colour of the page numbers in a Table of
Contents? I can modify the Hypertext style but this affects the entire
line. I only want the page numbers to stand out as links.

I can do this in WordPerfect - can't seem to find a way in Word. Any
help gratefully appreciated. Thanks.
