Changing the Default Account

I have configured my Outlook for five different e:mail
accounts and I know I can change which is used to send
mail by clicking on the Options box. My difficulty? I
keep forgetting.

is there any way I can configure Outlook to prompt me to
specify which account to use each time, rather than using
a default?
