I am running Outlook 2003 with Exchange Server, Small
Business Server 2003. I hotsync with a Tungston T3 by
PalmOne. For some reason, all my time slots in my
Outlook calendar default to the "tentative" setting on
the Availability Indicator (blue and white stripes). My
staff sends me invitations to meetings on the group
office calendar, and they always show up on my calendar
as a tentative appointment. When I hotsync, only those
dates that I have manually accepted will synchronize with
the PDA, which means I must manually inspect each day of
the week and accept appointments. I have tried the
option to automatically accept appointments but it
doesn't help. None of the other users have this issue.
I can't find any way to change the default Availability
Indicator, nor any other advice on the MS website or in
books I have read. Help!!?? Thanks.
