Changing the default eami address

Since installing Office 2007, I found the spell-checking problem with
Outlook Express. So I was forced to use Outlook 07 from now on. I set
e-mail accounts with three emails addresses. I now have a problem with
changing default email address ("send from this account by default").
Please advise me how. Jorge
