I am frustrated after trying everything I can think of. I have created a custom color palette on the design tab for my company and designed a slide master to match it. Here’s what I need to do:
1. Set my Default Slide Master and Design: I want to make my custom slide master and design the default for new PowerPoint presentations. Now, i can select my custom colors, but the slide master always reverts to the default. I don't know how to set my custom slide master as the default.

Share with colleagues: I need to send a simple file to my colleagues with instructions on how to load the custom theme so their default PowerPoint design includes the correct colors, design, and slide master. I know this is possible, as I had it at a previous company, but I can't figure it out and haven't found any helpful information online.
