Changing the Field Size Automatically

Hello,
I am using MS-Access 2003
I have a form w/6 text box fields.
When I type certain content (Name, Address, Title or Software Installed),
the content overruns the field.
Is there a way (automation) to get the field (text box) to automatically fit
the content???
Can someone point me to some examples or samples???
