Changing the Fields in a Form

Hi Danny,

If you've used styles to define how the headings should
appear, then re-formatting that style will automatically
update the headings.

If you didn't use styles, attach a suitable one now to one
of the headings, re-format if necessary to get the right
appearance, then aplly that style to each of the other
headings. From then on, things will be easier to maintain.
