Changing the language in the formatted resumes in Project Gallery

I notice when i call up Resumes in Project Gallery that the language in not english. How do i change it so i can see the script in english? The title lines are in english but the detail under it is in another language. Thanks to all for your assistance.

Hi Bob -

The body content is just placeholder text - filler - I don't believe it's in
any recognizable language to begin with. I used to "think" it was Latin -
about which I know nothing - until someone who *does* know Latin told me it
isn't. Anyway - just click in the placeholder text & replace it by typing
your appropriate information.

That's the printing industry's standard "dummy text" :)

It was chosen because it has an even distribution of the letters of the
alphabet, and thus it will justify to the same size as normal text in terms
of column-centimetres.
