Changing the location of the administrative installation point of office

Hi there,
We are currently in the process of disabling one of our
servers, the one that has the installation point of Office
2000 on it. How do I go about to make sure that the next
time someone needs to upgrade, or re-install a feature in
office, the computer knows where to pull the files from?
Probably a registry entry to modify, but which one? Is
there an easier way to do this, considering that I would
have to go and manually change over 200 PCs?
