Changing the Macro Settings for all users

Hello everyone,

I need to change the macro security settings in word. Right now the setting
is set on High. We run a program called WebXtra for Filenet and the Macro
needs to be set at medium. Once I change it to medium it automatically goes
back to high. Is there a way to force the medium or low setting?
