changing the shift key code on start up

I have set up a database in Access 2000 (Windows 2000) in a small company that is shared from a server across a network. There are several users with full access but I have hidden the menus, the table, disabled the F11 function, etc. in the normal way. I do not think the users know the 'hold shift key down' on start up operation, so my design is 'safe'. The only security I use is password protection and the 'shift key' function.
However, someone will find out this is they read an access book, so, is there a way I can change this in my database to another key, or, better still having to hold down 2 keys of my choice??
