Changing time when Reminders are sent out by the server

The e-mails sent out to remind resources of overdue tasks, etc were being
sent out at midnight each day. Yesterday, per my request , our Server Admin
changed the time to 8:00 pm but it appears that no reminders went out after
this change was made. I have asked that the server be rebooted tonight but
is there something else I should look at?

I forgot to submit an update to my post.... it just a day for the reminders
to update. They are now being sent at the correct time.
