Changing timesheet URL in notifications and reminders

I am working on a project where we use a different web interface for entering
timesheet. We use PDS to read/write data to/from MSPS. How can I change the
project server URL in the notifications and reminders for team members so
that they use our time sheet web site and not PWA to enter their time.
