Changing to superscript throughout the document

Hey,

does anyone know how to change all normal numbers in a document to su
or superscript without having to go through and change them one by one
I've tried Replace but it doesn't seem to pick up the sub or superscip
format. Any ideas gratefull welcome!

Example: CO2 - the 2 needs to be subscripted

What you can do, for example, is manually do one instance of CO2 properly,
then copy it. Then Find all CO2 and Replace it with Clipboard Contents (^c
or click on More, then the Special menu).
