When you say that you cannot change the view to 100%, do you mean that at
100% the floor plan looks to be very tiny -- not 1:1 as anticipated? If
true, and the fact that the print is really tiny, sounds like the drawing
scale is incorrect. Try changing it, File > Page Setup > Drawing Scale Tab.
Pre-defined scale is probably checked, and shows something like 3/32" = 1'0"
(sorry, I'm in US units). Try decreasing the ratio, e.g., 1" = 1'0". You
may have to twiddle a little to get the desired setting for the page size
you're using.
