Changing Views

Cillian

Hi,

I have an Infopath form connecting to an MS Access Database. The form is
used for training with users asked multiple choice questions.

I am using different views for each section of the training, with buttons
directing users to the next appropriate page.

What I want to do is prevent the users being able to use the view menu in
the toolbar, so they can only follow the view changes setup on the buttons.

Can anyone suggest a method to resolve this?

Thanks :)

Hi Cillian,

You can remove the option to have a View appear on the View menu:

- Open you template (XSN) in Design View
- Display the Views Task Pane
- Select a View
- Click the View Properties button
- Uncheck the option: "Show on the View menu when filling out the form"
- Click OK
- Repeat for each view

I hope this helps! :)

Best Regards,
