changing where exchange gets my calendar from for scheduling.

Tania

Hello, When someone in my company schedules a meeting and looks at my
calendar (via scheduling view) exchange displays my appointment schedule
from my Default calendar.

Any way to change which calendar exchange uses for displaying my free time
in this instance?

I'm using outlook 2007.

-Thx

any way, then, to make some of my appointments invisible to people scheduling
new appts.. or, if not, any way to make the entire Default calendar
invisible to others scheduling new appointments?

mark them private or put them on a second calendar and use the calendar
overlay feature to view them as one.

Private: there is a private checkbox on the appointment form. Check it.

Second calendar: file, new, folder. Select calendar type and create it in
your mailbox (I usually put it under the calendar folder, but it can go
anywhere). Outlook 2003 and 2007 allow you to view two or more calendars at
once, with 2007 supporting overlays - click on the little arrow on the
calendar tab.
