Changing word recognition in Speech Recognition program.

In my speech recognition program I run into a problem with two specific
words. When I speak the word "to" the program consistently prints the word
"two." The same thing happens when I speak the word "assign," the program
prints "assigned." I can't seem to resolve this through the "add/delete
word" section. Any suggestions?
