Changing WSS 2.0 site Owner's email address

Hey Gurus!

How can I change the email address for the site owner on a SharePoint site?
I know that the email address is entered when the site is created in PWA, and
that the owner can be changed by using either WSS central admin or 'stsadm -o
siteowner ...' but I can't find out how to change the email address in order
to re-route the alerts.

Your help is very appreciated!!!!!
