Chapter.Section.Page numbering

I have Word 97 and I need to have page numbering in the
header indicating the chapter period section period then
the page, (e.g. 1.1.1).

This is a very large document and I am using Heading 1 for
the chapter title and Heading 2 for the section title. I
have figured out how to show the chapter and page number
but not all three items.

How can I do this?

If Heading 2 has 1.1 numbering, then use it in the page number instead of
Heading 1.
