Chapter Title in the Manual template?

Hello,

I just downloaded this template:

And wondering if it's possible to have the chapter name and number
automatically generate on the table of contents?

So far, the toc will accept the chapter number (the style is called Part
Label) ... and the chapter name (called Part Name, either Chapter or Volume),
but they appear on separate lines.

I'm just trying to avoid having to manually update the chapter name/number
each time I regenerate the toc.
