Character Encoding in Word

I can no longer cut and past text in Greek fonts from an webpage to
word. I have been able to do so up until the latest update after that
all I get is incomprehensible characters. Greek is one of the
languages available in Mac System Preferences but it does not appear
in word fonts. Can anyone help me fix this?

Try a "Power-Off Reboot" (i.e. Shut down the computer all he way, turn the
power off, then turn it back on again. This forces the Operating System to
rebuild its font cache, which forces Word to rebuild its font cache.

If that doesn't fix it, check that you do not have the font disabled.
