I am trying to insert addresses in the drop down form
field in a document in Word 2002. It seems the field will
only take so many characters. I tried reducing the font,
and that helped, but I still need additional space in the
drop down field. There is a macro button in the drop down
form field box, but I can't get it to work. This topic is
not covered in the Word 2002 manual I bought. Any
suggestions? Thank you in advance for your help!

Hi Mary,

50, to be exact. And the content of a dropdown cannot wrap to
the next line.

You may want to look at the example for using & (ampersands)
with dropdown fields on my website. That shows how you can
use a dropdown for selection, but have the result (a
different one) in an immediately adjacent textbox, so that
the display is not so limited.
There is a macro button in the drop down
form field box, but I can't get it to work.
This isn't making any sense to me. Can you try rephrasing?
