Character Set Problem

Dear Team

I have converted all my email from Microsoft Outlook on PC in to Mbox
file format. So I can transfer all my email in to entourage. However
when I open them. It does not recognized any Thai character. I have
changed them to unicode-7, unicode-8 but it does not work. So I copy
all email to Apple Mail
, if I cant read thai I can change them by click encode and change to
Thai (window, DOS).
My question is in Entourage their are no Thai (Window, DOS) character
set, where can I down load them from and how to install them in to
Entourage 2004 vesion 11.0.0 Mac OS X 10.4.6
