character spacing problem

Hi,
When I justify a document in word, it looks fine on the
screen, but when I print it, some of the words have spaces
between the letters, eg "classroom" will come out
"c lassroom", "with" = "wi th" etc
I've tried various settings..changing margins, disabling
scaling, changing line spacing. But I can't come up with a
solution to fix it.
Does anyone know how it can be fixed?

You need to update the printer driver.
