Character spacing uneven when right hand justified

I type many documents that need to be right hand
justfield. Often there are lines in these documents
where the character spacing is uneven and the charters
are spread out in words and difficult to read. What is
the solution without having to go into each line and
adjust.

I assume you are using Word? If so try going to
Tools/Options/Compatibility and turn on "Do full justification like
WordPerfect".
