I'm having real trouble with accents in Excel. I frequently have to import or otherwise open CSV files that are saved from websites, generally using Unicode/UTF-8 charset encoding. When I import these into Excel, it doesn't adjust to the charset used and I see no conversion options anywhere.
What can I do to manage this better within Excel?
If it can't be done, I suppose I could convert the documents in a text editor - but to do so, I need to know which charset Excel uses by default. I've already tried a few options with no success.
