Chart A Report Results

Hello,
I have an MS-Access 2003 database (db).
The db has over 500 laptop. Of the 500 laptops, several are old & out of
warranty...

I created a query to identify the legacy laptops. From this query, I created
a report, now I need to create a chart of the data from the legacy query. I
have looked in several sites for clues, examples or samples but have
nothing...

Can someone point me to some clues, examples or samples of this process???

Thank you,

Hello,
Yes, I tried that & it did not chart/graph ALL of the models in the
query/table...

What is the difference between the models charted and those not included.

It's really difficult to troubleshoot from here without you testing and
changing stuff to see what happens and then reporting back.

Hello,
I apologize for the late reply, but there is no difference in the models.
There are different categories of the models, i.e. C, CP, CS. There are
different amounts of models in each category, but the query found/pulled
each model category. Please explain...

"Please explain" what? You need to identify why some models are charted and
some aren't. Isn't that your issue? Do the missing models show in the
datasheet view of the Row Source? Are you Link Master/Child properties
reasonable?
