Chart across multiple worksheets

I have a large set of data in excel that is used to populate a chart.
new column is added to the data every week, and the graph is updated.
The problem is, I have filled up to column IV in the worksheet and ca
not add any more columns. Therefore I have started to add the new dat
into a new sheet.
I now need the graph to show data from the old sheet and the new sheet
Is this possible?
