I am making a report with several charts in Access 2002 SP3. In my charts, I want my axis labels to be vertical and font size 6. However, when I do this, the text area shows up fine on the screen, but prints solid black on the printer. I am using Arial font.
More observations:
-When I change the alignment to anything less than 90 degrees (even 89 degrees) the problem goes away.
-When I change the font size to at least 8 pt, the problem goes away
-The problem is not the text box's 'Pattern' background color - when I change this to a different color, I can see that color with the same black box from the text in the center.
-Changing the font background from automatic to transparent or opaque does not fix the problem.
I searched for a bug report about this but found nothing. Help please?
