chart bars green if positive red if negative

I have a simple bar chart. All of the bars are blue
regardless of whether they are positive or negative. My
axis meet at $0 and I was hoping to have any values above
$0 colored green and those below $0 colored red. Any
suggestions would be very helpful. Thanks!
