chart data table formatted incorrectly

My chart data table formats as general regardless of how I format the field
in my query. Does anyone know how I can get my data table format to be
percentage?

I've tried formatting my query column as percent with 2 decimals and I've
tried [field]/100. It looks fine in the query results, but not in my chart.
Any ideas?
