chart date help

I am building a series of charts based on queries as follows

Left side of chart shows counts
Bottom shows count of week with year like 12
‘08

So up to this point the data is ok but, instead of showing the number of the
week I need to show the date of week ending of Sunday’s date. So the week
information above would look like 03/23/08

Is this possible? I have tried searching but not coming up with what I
need, maybe I am querying wrong???
