Chart display & printing

I have been creating some very detailed charts. When they
are opened on defferent computers, they display and print
totally different. This is by size of font, text boxes,
and total charts size. Even when you open it in a window
(not full screen) it is all squeezed together and
distorted. How do I "lock" this so it displays the same
for everyone.
