Chart Double Entry for Aug. 04

My data is from Jan - July 04; yet my chart now has two
entries in the legend at the bottom (blank graph lines in
my chart) for Aug. 04. I delete row made for August all
together; yet double entry in legend does not go away.
Please provide assistance. Thank you. Anna Marie
