Chart Form in Access 2002

I am using an Microsoft Graph Chart in an Access 2002 Form. I'm doing some
simple charting and I manipulate the underlying query with VBA code behind
the form. Can I control the Chart Title and other options via native VBA?
It's not a pivot chart it's just a normal chart. I can't find anything in
help or the object browser.

If I want to write code to manipulate a chart, I usually open Excel and
create the chart. Then turn on the macro recorder, make modifications, and
then copy the code into Access and modify.
