chart frustrations

Steve

Good morning all.
I'm trying to help my wife make a chart for a class she's taking, and it
appears that it's been far too long since I did one.
I'm using Excel 2007.
I have a 3 point data set.
There is a time element-- I want that set along the bottom, across the
horizontal.
There is a compound concentration element-- I want the concentration values
in the vertical, at left.
Then, my graph lines, should be the concetrations per time measure.
Presently, my data on my excel sheet is organized as follows.

Time 0 5 10 15 20
Conc.'s
sample1 0 0 0 0 0
sample2 0 10 20 100 50
sample3 0 100 200 300 500
sample4 0 20 30 0 1000

The chart is showing up with the correct lines as my "samples"
And the time is showing up correctly.
However, my datalines are not showing those values. It's as though they've
picked up a completely different set of values.

Then, it appears that 2007 has changed just enough that I can't see how to
change the axis label names, chart title, etc.....
I'm feeling like I'm starting from scratch, and I use to be really good with
charts under office 97/2000.

If this needs more clarification for anything, please let me know.

Thank you for your helps....
