chart level sizes

I am working on an organizational chart I created. I have actually put 3
charts together to form one chart. My problem is that the lowest level of
each chart has several lines of text. I only want to resize those particular
levels, without changing size or shape of other levels. How can this be done?

No guarantees, because the org chart thing is a bit finicky, but try
deactivating AutoLayout in the Layout menu of the Org Char toolbar.
