Chart Line Transparency Not working in Excel 2007

Just wondering if anyone has has problems making chart lines transparent. I
created a test spreadsheet in xlsx format to make sure no compatability
issues were interoduced. All the way to 99% transparency, the line is
solid...then at 100% the line disappears. Anyone else have this problem?
