Chart Mail-merge

S

Steve S.

Along (somewhat) the thread of merging pictures...but is
it possible to create charts within a mail merge? For
example:
Name/Week Week 1 Week 2 Week 3
Joe $1.00 $2.00 $3.00
Sally $2.00 $2.00 $2.00
Mary $3.00 $2.00 $1.00

Now the idea is to have a "sales chart" (something
similar) which is addressed only to the specific
salesperson with a chart of their info only. Quantity is
between 5,000 and 20,000 pieces. . .so making each one _IS
NOT_ an option. TIA

No, this is not something Word is capable of. In some way or
another, you need to "make each one", but it could
conceivably be automated using a macro. For more, see

If any of these basic concepts will work for you, we can
discuss it further.
