Chart of 2003 > 2007 menus

The 2007 Office programs have some very good points to them but the
navigation of menus is asinine.

Does anyone know of a published chart showing the location of 2003 file,
edit, etc. file functions in 2007?

I believe there is such a list inside the Help file in Word. Unfortunatye it
was a very lengthy document.
