Chart on Userform in excel 2003?

I am trying to place a chart on a VBA userform in excel 2003.

The only chart objects available to me are Microsoft office chart 10.0 and
Microsoft office chart 11.0(although 10.0 says it is not registered!). Is
there a way to have one of these work without connecting to an ODBC
datasource? Also, can I somehow use arrays to define series values from VBA?
