Chart printing multiple times

Hi,

I have a chart in a form which, when printed, gets printed 5 times. Only the
first copy has a header. All charts are identical. All charts completely fit
on a single page (Letter 8.5" x 11").

Does anyone have any ideas why I'm getting five pages printed instead of
just the one? Ultimately I can just toss out the extra four headerless
copies but I'm not big on killing excess trees.

When you look at the control source for the form, are there five records
instead of one? Sounds like it's printing a chart for each record. Refine
your query a little, e.g. make it DISTINCT instead of DISTINCTROW.

Good idea but the control source shows the same thing as the table at the
bottom of the chart (i.e. no extra records).
